Charity Event: Thrangu Vajra Vidya Monestery Fund Raising Event
A spectecular charity event held at Tian Hou Temple in Kuala Lumpur. Was happy that I could help out in the event.
Soong Jeng & Wai Fen
A very lovely couple, cheerful atmosphere with sporting brothers and sisters. Event took place at PJ and Cheras in the morning. Lots of interesting “chrashing the gate” games were arranged, some food tasting, socialising with neighbours and drawing were involved. All ended up fine with tea ceremony on both sides of the family. The wedding dinner was held in a Chinese restaurant in PJ, with spectecular live band performance. As usual, some placeholder photos while I get permission from the couple to post more.
Jack & Venice (part 2)
The wedding reception dinner was held in PJ, it was a small event for all friends and family members to gather. It was a fine event with a warm atmosphere. More photos to be posted once I get permission from the couple.
Jack & Venice
A simple yet warm wedding, with lots of laughter along the way. Both Jack and Venice are friendly, we managed to take some photos at the poolside of the rented unit while the couple walked along it. Ceremony ended with tea ceremony at the groom’s place. Here are some place holder photographs while I obtain permission from the couple to post more.
Jeremy & Wee Sien (part 2)
It all stated with a fine day in Klang, early morning drizzled a bit but luck was on our side, it stopped after a short while. This assignment was a rush, where I have to cover the preparation processes on both the bride and groom side. Thanks to the good coordination from the couple by arranging a friend to drive me around. Lots of “crashing the gate” games were arranged making the day more interesting. The tea ceremony progressed well and we ended the session with some posed photographed of the couple. Here are placeholder photos while waiting for consent from the couple.
Jeremy & Wee Sien
The event took place in PJ, lots of family members were helping out at the reception table as ushers. Great atmosphere, best part was the toast where the groom kissed the bride for a long while. There were also touching speeches made during the dinner. Some placeholder photos posted here while I get consent from the couple to post more.
Vincent & Patricia
With majority of the event took place at the luxury hotel in KL, the wedding day of Vincent and Patricia is definately a not so ordinary one. The morning event took place in a suite at level 29, where the bride prepares for the big day and the “sisters” all dressed up in purple gathered to plot for the games. The groom arrived in a spanking shiny Bentley, accompanied by a league of gentlemen who battled through the games with no problem at all. Both of them were united with the presence of the bride’s parents, family and friends. The tea ceremony for the bride’s family took place at the hotel as well. We then went to the couple’s house in Damanasara for another tea ceremony and more photographs were taken.
The reception dinner was again spectecular being held in the same luxurious hotel. There was a great perfrormance by the band throughout the event. Perhaps for most of the guest, the most memorable event will be the toast by Patricia, “Yum……… Seng”. Thank you to both Vincent and Patricia for the great opportunity to cover their wedding. Below are some place holder photographs untill I get consent from them to post more.
Teck Fui & Yin Ting
A simple but interesting enough wedding, Teck Fui and Yin Ting are both working in Singapore and organising their traditional wedding back here in KL. Not too crowded but still as interesting and colourful as any average Chinese wedding day, lots of joy and laughter were in the air. Thanks to the sporting sisters and brother for raising the spirit and atmosphere on that day. Many thanks to both of them for entrusting me to cover their wedding day.

Verne & Wendy (Part 2)
The wedding reception dinner event took place the night following the morning event, and has also been an opportunity for me to meet some old acquaintances from past weddings such as Samantha, Morris, Shevy, Amanda and the. As usual, Samatha being the wedding planner has organised Shevy and the gang to give a splendid stage performance throughout the night. Also worth to mention the most memorable opening song from the couple, encore!
As usual, I am posting a few placeholder photos here while obtaining the permission from the couple to post more.
Verne & Wendy
I couldn’t think of any reason why Wendy could turn down Verne during his proposal. Such a sweet and romantic guy! Fully equiped with his charm and music talent, Verne has sung various songs which had touched many hearts on the special days! Wendy must have been the most happy bride of the day and for many years to come. The “Heng Dai” and “Ji Mui” were sporting and equally matched (cupid).
As usual, I am posting a few placeholder photos here while obtaining the permission from the couple to post more.
